  Best employee Xmas party ever. Kids were so happy ,employees are like family. I was a guest had a wonderful time. Restaurant Service there A-1 Food wonderful.

  Amazingly goood as always. One of my many favorite places to eat seafood. Red Lobster never gets old! The location we went to was on Pulaski in Chicago. The service is pretty quick and very nice. We had the the endless shrimp, which each time was very fresh and they kept them coming. From the seafood to the steak, you'll never leave your plate full. Make it a date night!

  The staff have never served a group of 22. They did a fabulous job. Our 2 servers were Excellent. The manager comp 2 meals. Food great as usual.

  This place is great, some of the best service when dining in. The food is awesome. Tried the online order, not bad. The person that was behind the bar that day looked like she had a rough day. Not very friendly, needs to work on customer service or not work with people. Luckily the manager happened to come to the bar after I was left there for 15 minutes waiting without any info about my order. I asked the waitress if my order was complete and thanked her, she did not respond. Not surprised. I checked my bags to make sure I had all of my meals. When I got home, I was missing butter and sour cream that were supposed to be included in one of my meals. I had previously given this Red Lobster 5 stars. After this experience I have taken one away. Everyone has bad days, but in the food industry it takes strength, discipline and common courtesy to have a successful and fruitful career.
