They've been accommodating even when my tenants didn't show for an appointment, and even went above and beyond the call of duty by changing out their light bulb once. The work itself was solid and fairly priced, and my tenants are happy. Good honest folks who I would work with again!

I called Monday morning and two hours later Mr. Rivera arrived on time and examined the problem. I got the price before they started and it didn't change. They worked replacing a section of our sewer line. They solved the problem no one else could. I'm so happy that I called A Solution Sewer & Plumbing. I wished I had called them before. I would certainly recommend Mr. Rivera and his crew and will use them again. Very polite and professional people.

(October 6, 2018, 10:57 am)We used A Solution for a couple projects over the past year. Trinidad is the plumber that has done the work for us and he is really great. He installed a new ejector pit that works great. The new ejector pit worked so well that our kitchen sink started gurgling when it went off. Trinidad came out to assess the situation for free. He came up with a genius plan to use existing pipes that were no longer in use to vent the new kitchen sink (basically fixing the issue left by the last plumbers by thinking outside the box instead of just putting in new pipes). Trinidad and another plumber came out the day after the countertops were installed and hooked up the sink with a new venting pipe. They were on-time, nice, cleanly, and good at their work. I will be using A Solution Plumbing for all my plumbing needs going forward.

(October 3, 2018, 11:57 am)Trinidad has done it again! Another complex job done brilliantly....very thoughtfully and carefully done with minimal demo. Not only do they know the business and complexities of plumbing but they are super great to work with. Even Peter, the assistant, was awesome. I am super happy with the work and the cost -- if you need a plumber, call these guys -- you will not be disappointed. I would give six stars if I could! Thanks Trinidad!

A Solution called back promptly and provided a range for the cost to do the job over the phone even though the onsite quote was free. I didn’t want to waste either of our time if the price was out of budget. The amount was reasonable so I set up an appointment for a few days later. Rivera called the day before to give me a 2 hour window, the next day he came on time. He assessed the problem and cleared out the drain. He also provided suggestions on how to prevent this from happening again and there was a 30 day warranty in case there were any issues. I found that A Solution to be honest, prompt and provided quality service. I would highly recommend A Solution for your plumbing needs.
