  Was really surprised how quick and easy the whole process was. i was a walk-in and it all went really smoothly and efficiently. Plus really nice people working there. Not chaotic and it's a new-ish facility. Thought it might be an "emergency room" type torture...but not at all.

  I had an excellent experience at MedSpring Wicker Park. Each member of the staff I met was highly knowledgeable, friendly, and made me feel well taken care of. Tina at the front was helpful right away and I was seen quickly. Carol was professional and so sweet - exactly how you want a nurse to be. Lauren, the PA, seemed experienced and gave me confidence that I was getting the best care possible in that situation. I left with a diagnosis I feel is accurate and a care plan that suits my needs. Not to mention, he was beyond affable which made feeling terrible a lot less terrible. I would highly recommend using MedSpring if you live in the area and are looking for urgent care.

  Extremely friendly and helpful staff. They made an exception to work with me even though it was a late appointment and my meeting even went past closing hours. They were quick and diligent and cared for my pressing needs. Also, they helped coordinate my prescription to a location where I could easily get access to it late at night. I live in the area and am glad to have such a great resource that is conveniently located.
  
  Highlight staff: Carol the RT and Megan the PA. Absolutely phenomenal and made my experience that much better

  I have gone to MedSpring Wicker Park a number of times and they have always been awesome! They take the time to address all my questions, have a comfortable seating area and medical rooms, everything is clean, and the medical care is excellent. I worked with Carol Z, Kamil, and Megan. They were all delightful. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

  This was honestly the best medical experience I’ve ever had. The facilities are spectacular—the office is very clean and comfortable, and the staff do their very best to make their patients feel secure. I came in very anxious and stressed about some severe chest pain I was experiencing, and I immediately felt calm and supported here. The check-in process was quick and easy, and I was treated almost immediately. After my appointment, Christa (PA) gave me additional materials to help me better understand my symptoms and encouraged me to call her if I had any questions. I am so grateful to Nicole (MA), Kamil (X-ray) and Christa for making me feel comfortable and treating me with such care. If you’re looking for a quick, easy and high-quality visit, choose MedSpring - Wicker Park!
