(April 12, 2018, 12:04 am)5/5 for Ruben’s - what a simple place! Cesar is awesome and my go to guy. I’ve gotten some of my cleanest haircuts by. Honestly, I’ve never had someone put so much work into my hair. The dude spends spends >1hr every time and I really appreciate his work ethic. He’s not careless, easy to talk to and will work with what you have/need.
