“I am one of those people that I leave reviews only when I am very happy with the experience. This is definitely the case here as well. Just randomly picked that place because it was the closest and I needed a break light to be changed. After making sure they patiently explained to me that the ones I bought are not the ones I need to be changed they happen to have one in stock. Changed it in no time and charged me NOTHING! Wouldn’t even take a tip for cup of coffee or something. And I wanna make sure to mention that due to having hard time dealing with the heat in this city (jus recently moved), I wasn’t quite of a peach to deal with but they were great with me! Thank you all! I appreciate you very much! I see why you guys have all 5 star reviews. Well deserved! ????”

“Someone told me about this place, came to get an oil change for one of my vehicles and they did an overall good job. So I came in with my other car to change two belts on my car and they did the job within two hours. First they asked for 25 dollars to check the car, but if you end up doing the work here, they will only charge you for the work to be completed. They do have competitive prices and the warranty given to me was for either 12 months or 12k miles, reasonable. The front has the waiting area, with a TV to be entertained while you wait and they offer free coffee. The two guys in the front desk were helpful and they did warn me about the bigger costs that might happen when they start the work, fortunately it was just the band that needed to be changed and I was on my way, will come back. One thing, they did not put a sticker on my car to remind me when is the next oil change, not sure if they do not do that or they forgot.”

“Chicago spring and bumper fixed my 98 town car on 28s. I went to Chi-town dunk...( highly recommended)- but they're horrible. After 2weeks of driving, only 2xs everytime; I hit uneven ground my front end would scrape my front tires, and it was killing my tires. I would not recommend Chi-town dunk to anyone that cares about their vehicle. THANK YOU CHICAGO SPRING & BUMPER. From customer service to repair they was GREAT!
