Unlike many other physicians your appointment time spent with Dr. Franklin is longer than the wait. I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes for my appointment. She does not over book schedule and make you feel like you are taking up too much time. She has a professional and efficient Medical Assistant, Vickie, who has been with Dr. Franklin for more than 20 years. She is an assistant who seems to wear many hats. Although most times you have to leave a message, Vickie is very responsible and returns calls quickly. They are both caring and professional people.”
