“My fiancé needed extraction of an impacted wisdom tooth. We have spent months trying to get him in somewhere. The dental services department’s was able to get him in the next day, we were a bit nervous considering all of the negative reviews. I have nothing negative to say about my experience with this hospital. All of the staff was polite and very friendly, even making jokes and helping him stay calm before his procedure! The nurses and doctor were helpful and seemed experienced and wanted to help. It wasn’t sparkling clean or state of the art like some newer hospitals, but was not disgusting like described in other reviews. There was no bad smell or clear neglect of cleaning procedures. I can’t say anything about the emergency department other than what we saw walking past. Not many people waiting and it appeared to be clean. It’s like any hospital you go to, probably under staffed and over worked employees that are doing the best they can. In all this craziness, the hospital still managed to get us in right away and give us a pleasant experience.”
