“I walked in to make a quick purchase .I was pleasantly surprised by a lady named Maria. I've had some horrible experiences with cricket sales people who are rude and disrespectful!!! This lady treated me in a very kind and generous manner. Friendly courteous and Is a Phone Tech!!!!! I'm not completely knowledgeable of the specs on the phones she answered all my questions and helped me transfer all my data and explained in detail about the phone I was going to buy very inpressed !!!!. She really cares about customer service not treating you like another brick in the Wall!!! She should be held as an example for other employees how to conduct themselves , Maria goes beyond expectations!!! If there is any way to give her a letter of accomplishment I think that would be fitting. You should be very pleased you found a Diamond”

“Great neighborhood hardware store. I always find EXACTLY what I need. The employees are extremely helpful and patient. (A lot of times I do not know the proper names or the tools but they listen to what I need it for and they are always able to assist me.) It does not have the selection that you will find in the big box stores but I don't mind. They have enough to choose from and I do not have to walk two football fields in order to find nails, make keys, or buy paint. I will return.”

“Such a great experience with this place. My computer's battery wasn't holding a charge, and I had done EVERYTHING the internet said to do to fix it, and it still wasn't working. Nas said he'd check it out to see what it needed. It ended up being a pretty complicated problem (my computer is almost 10 years old), but he did things pretty quickly and was very flexible with letting me keep my computer while the parts shipped. I would recommend Hyde Park Computer Center to anyone with computer issues!”
