“Updated modern restaurant/bar that is very unique to the neighborhood. Great music and ambiance. Awesome cocktails. I had the vegetarian platter which was excellent. The spinach pie was different than anywhere else, and server told me it’s all made from scratch. My friend had souvlaki which she said was great.”

“Very knowledgeable staff. Everyone is very friendly, and genuinely seem like they care. They make the effort to remember little details about you or things you've told them, so you feel very welcomed. They will spend as much time as you need explaining things to you/helping you find the right product. If you don't need any help, they are very quick and get you in and out. Very good selection of products. The concentrates are a little pricey, but it's Cool County...and the quality is top notch.”

“I appreciate an representative that is an up standing human being from Allstate insurance. Joseph Penn is the first insurance representative that do not seem be concern only with money, cheating and mistreating his customers. I am very glad I found him to be fair. He does not treat me worse than a second class citizen despite the fact that I pay my taxes earnestly.”

“I recently purchased a car from Rocket, and I was extremely happy with the vehicle, and the car buying experience. The staff was friendly and reasonable. It took about 10 minutes to complete the transaction and I got a really good price. I have since driven the vehicle 1,500 miles, and have not had a single engine light or issue arise. Thanks Rocket!”

“My internship site, EMAGES Inc was literally next door to Lady D's Bakery which prompted this visit. There have been many mornings when I would arrive to my internship site and have smelled some of their baked goodies luring in the air. That alone drove me crazy because I never had the time to visit upon smelling. And I vowed to visit one morning when I had some spare time. Upon entering Lady D's Bakery I did not know what to expect because it is not like the typical bakeries I have visited. Lady D's Bakery, bakes and supplies desserts to restaurants, grocery stores and gas stations, but luckily it is open to the public for purchases. So do not get your hopes up upon visiting because it is not a traditional bakery. During my visit I had my eyes on the chocolate chip, but ended up purchasing the turtle, which looks and tastes similar to a smore, yet in the form of a cookie. In the end, the turtle did not disappoint, and my colleagues enjoyed it as well. I recommend eating it with either milk or coffee to enhance your indulgence. In closing, if you just so happen to be in the Ford City Mall area, I reccomend stopping in, but if not then be on the lookout for Lady Di's products all over Chicago, as well as in many locations out of state. “My mother gets lots here too often. It's the only thing keeping Ford City alive. It has nice clothes for all types of people and a Sephora. The waiting line might be too long at times but you will find great clothes.”
