“I definitely like this playground for my kids. It's great for young children. Nothing is broken at the moment. Once this summer a swing was, but the park replaced it quickly. The water sprinklers worked during the summer. I myself like playing basketball and soccer here. There's only street parking which can be limited when the neighborhood is busy using it. Otherwise, the park is primarily clean. Restroom is limited to when the park house is open.”

“The service & their staff are outstanding! Parking rate for a weekend is reasonable, and their shuttle bus brings you to the front entrance. When you return, text them that you are back, and they send a shuttle bus to pick you up within 10 minutes. If you don’t know the bus is there, the driver will ring your phone. If you’re flying out of Midway Airport for a weekend, I definitely recommend using them to park your car.”

“Got a new phone and tried logging in and using my wash club. Says I have to resign up because this device is not associated with the account. Have emailed customer support to no answer back and have called the support number as well. Support number even says in voicemail that they don't really check it so email. I did that already so I guess they don't check either. Will be canceling my membership if they don't get back. As if the scanners were bad enough for scanning the barcodes smh was a decent car wash till this fiasco. Update: Finally got back to me and updated the information so I can try out the car wash tomorrow. If the item wasn't a gift from somebody then I would have notified. Should have another way to get phone up to date and in your app it says it will go through sometimes. Apparently this wasn't one of the ones sadly. Moving my 1 out of 5 stars to 4 out of 5 stars. Better customer service and hopefully you guys check the scanners at the location soon. Full brightness and blue light filter off and it still has trouble scanning. Other than that the wash is good. Still recommended going here for wash club.”
