This was corrected after I reviewed information. Receipt now given without asking. Not very busy. A couple of folks behind me. Clean. Neat. Decent price on 100 feet of bubblewrap. Compostable shipping peanuts - not styrofoam. WC accessible MF bathroom. Adult and child drinking fountains. Even cold soft drinks. Glad I came back. Parking with WC accessiblity right outside in the huge lot of North Mayfair Commons, shared with Jewel/Osco, Pizza Hut, H&R Block, others. Typical packaging and shipping products. Printing. Fax. Limited selection of business, personal productivity, books and CD'S. I had to ask for my shipping receipt. Staff seem aloof, disinterested, as if they'll get around to you. It did not use to be that way. It's not the service rendered, it's the attitude towards task and customer, that matter.When I get told "I don't have no control 'bout that" I understand maybe they get unfairly blamed. I would have hoped for some assurance, or "sorry that happened." I know costs went up, but...So I stopped coming here, and go to the one on North Lincoln Ave in Lincolnwood instead.”
