“went in, asked about the different types of massage, picked out the four hands massage (two girls). cost $120 for an hour, and they did give me the full hour. two girls i got said their names were Amy & Amos (not sure if i heard her right?). Amos was great and seemed experienced with massage. Amy must've been new or in training because she kept pressing on bones/joints and i had to keep telling her to ease up, and then Amos would show her the correct way to massage. both had a friendly attitude and were welcoming. they did have a table shower which i felt justified the extra money initially spent on the massage. as i was walking out the room Amos reminds me to tip (?) and i was like sure ok it was a good massage and gave her 5 or 10 bucks. She didnt think that was enough though, because she wanted 20. okay, she did pretty good, gave her 20 instead. go to walk out and get stopped again, she thinks the other girl should get a tip too. i dont hand her 20 though because she kept messing up, like your massage wasnt as good so im not gonna give you as high a tip. Amos starts getting upset teeling me no thats not fair you give her 20 and im like okay whatever and tip both twenty. would not recommend anyone bother with the 2 girl massage, and because of them arguing with me about how much they want for tips i wont be coming back.”

“This place is kinda out of the way. But worth searching for. They have a built-in electric temperature controlled stove in the middle of each table for hot pot. The menu is mostly Szechuan. The Mapo tofu is dirt cheap as it's a special. It's not the best, but for 4 bucks I am not complaining. The rest of the menu is vaaast. Go with a group of friends to really enjoy. When you go here, also visit the grocery store next door.”

“Everything was fine they did a excellent job, until the end when they were following us out of the door for a tip I didn't have any money someone treated me, I thought they were going to bop me because I didn't have a tip, if I had known that tip was included I would have made sure that I borrowed $10 from somewhere, because that's what they were asking for $10 tip they couldn't even speak English, I had to use my phone to interpret what to say to them,”

“The cheesy garlic bread is delicious and has ranch sauce on it. The 7" stuffed pizza is big enough to be filling and the kids meals are priced very well! We have two kids with autism and they were very accommodating. It was a great experience.”

“This is equivalent to the H Mart downtown. A big airy Chinatown market that is actually fun to shop. Wide selection of fresh, frozen and packaged goods. Also has a decent selection of utensils and plates etc. Shopping with cars is easier than Chinatown as they have a parking lot. Kinda out of the way though. And it is not on the main road.”

“I’ve had plantar fasciitus in both feet for a long while now. I was refered to Dr. Zappa about a year ago. Nice guy, very cordial, takes his time with you, answers questions and not in a doctor sort of way (basically he makes sense). After going thru numerous home remedies(insoles, cushions, pads, night splints, night boots, etc etc), going to thearpy, getting shots; it was time to have surgery. I think i was at the point of getting the shots for the pain when I met Zappa. The shots seems to be a tempory fix and I didn’t want to go back just to keep getting shots in my foot. At this point Zappa mentioned surgery on my left foot because at the time that was giving me the most pain. Zappa talked me thru what would happen before, during and after surgery. I decided to go ahead and do the surgery. That was in April of 2018. My healing process took a little while. A week or two to come out of the boot and to get stitches out and about a month or two from complete recovery. I was able to walk after surgery (just carefully though). So as my left foot was feeling better, sometime in October my right foot started really acting up. I went back to Zappa and told him I wanted surgery for my right instead of going thru the process of therapy and shots, plus my insurance was acting a fool. I wasn’t able to have surgery on my right foot until January 2019 so I did get a shot. Today is Feb. 17, 2019. I’m doing pretty good. Zappa also explained that the healing time differs between patients. I still feel a little pain but know where like before and I’m still healing so. To sum it up. I trust Dr. Zappa and would refer anyone to him. Oh and the office visit wait is never long. The staff is really nice, especially the receptionist Irma.”

“I rented an apartment from Bob for my senior year at UIC. Never had any problems. I took care of the rent, Bob and Larry took care of any issues I had with the apartment. The apartment itself was more or less what I'd expect for a Chicago college apartment, not without its flaws, but also with a lot of charm. I got my own parking space and the location of my building was incredible. Overall a positive renting experience.”
