Power Up electric answered my call immediately, scheduled an appointment to review source of limited power failure isolated to the kitchen and lower level of our home. Chaim came out in 2 hours, saving a majority of our food! Chaim demonstrated great respect for our home, by putting booties on his shoes to keep the floors clean, fixed the problem and gave an accurate estimate of the cost, ending up much cheaper because he isolated the issue almost immediately, and gave great advise. Even better, with his diagnosis, submitted a claim that will be paid by ComEd for their equipment failure!!! True pro, and a life saver, and exactly what we were looking for.
