All of my teachers have made a huge impact on my life. I don't know if I'd be the person I am today without them. Lately they have been down in the dumps and really stressed. But I would like to give a few pointers to help take the restaurant to the next level. First, do not stack the small round plastic containers more than three high. Our bottom containers shattered and caused the juice from the collards greens to spill. Second, as soon as dine-in guests sit down, don't forget to have someone immediately go over and get food and drink orders. We waited for several minutes before someone came to our table.
