The RS have never failed and the one time I did think it was the remote start, he checked it for me no questions asked (turned out it was a leaky battery). These RS have been a god send for everyone in my family, especially in the brutal winters. Just bought a car and got the RS from them also. Call and he'll give you a quote over the phone and let you know if you need an extra key or not. Highly recommended!
