best apartments, very kind management, quite neighbors, we love this place

Review after review, after months or a continued lease, I give Central Park East the highest approval and recommendation. As compared to buying a home, the experience of living in the community and location at Central Park East are far beyond any sort of ownership goals. The upkeep and maintenance alone are worth any difference of renting and owning. Management remains in close communications after 10 years of my experience living at Central Park East. I wouldn't trade it for anything in the world.

I have lived at Central Park East almost 4 years. The time has come to move on to new adventures. I want to thank Sue and Izabella so very much for my enjoyable stay! I will miss my time here so very much!
I highly recommend anyone to live in this community! The place is very clean, quiet and safe. It definitely felt like home to me and will forever be missed! You never know, I may come back.
I have had very few issues living here. The maintenance guys are top notch! The few issues I had while staying here were addressed immediately and completed in a timely manner.
If you’re looking for an apartment in the NW burbs I strongly recommend staying in this wonderful community!

Central Park East is a great place to live in. Apartment was spacious, in great shape and properly cleaned when we first moved in. Both buildings have elevators which was super helpful since I had a baby and didn't need to carry stroller to 3rd floor via stairs.
Facility has underground garage that we didn't use but it may be very handy during the winter since you don't need to go outside and clean snow from your car.
Pool, gym and business club are in great shape and well maintained. During summer there was pool safeguard of a sort and he tested water regularly to make sure that it's clean.
What I liked the most is that other tenants were really nice people, quiet and respectful, and overall neighborhood was nice and friendly.
Central Park East had community events - usually once a month that were nice and it was great opportunity to meet other tenants.
Susan and Isabella - facility/property managers were very helpful and professional.
Overall - probably one of the best places to live in, in Arlington Heights.

I've lived at Central Park East for 2 years while working in the area. In that time its been a great place to live. Always quiet with ample parking and very clean. While I've had minimal maintenance issues, when they occurred, the service has been timely and effective. The staff is always friendly as well. Lastly, the location puts it close to the Mount Prospect train station which is a great convenience along with several restaurants, groceries and gyms.
