  Walter and Vitality did my bath to shower conversion. It is beautiful and they have done an excellent job. Kudos to them and to the company’s outstanding product. Recommended, yes!

  My mom (Yong Mi) had 2 showers installed in our family home; upstairs/downstairs.
  
  Kirk and Bailey installed the upstairs bathroom which took a little longer because it has more features than the downstairs bathroom which Matt, Kalher, and Tim (joined the team the second day) installed.
  
  Both teams where a delight to have in our home for 2 days. They kept my mom involved and got her opinions throughout the installation. They constantly cleaned throughout, so the drywall dust wouldn't be tracked through the house.
  
  The showers are amazing and when both teams left, it was minimal clean up and a very satisfied customer!!!

  Kirk, Bailey and Matt did a great job and took care of all my concerns. Both showers in my
  home are perfect now. These three did the job
  I expected to have done. This company has gone above and beyond my expectations.

  I found Matrix Bath Systems through Home Advisor since I was having difficulty finding one contractor for my needs. I had Steve from Matrix Bath Systems come to my home for a quote. I was looking to put in a new bathtub/shower along with replacing my flooring. Steve was fantastic by providing me with many options for my needs and staying within my budget. I was extremely impressed on how knowledgeable Steve was regarding all the products they offered. For the wet area, I decided to go with replacing the bathtub/shower with 2 shelves and a curved curtain rod. I was also impressed by the flooring options offered. Steve was very helpful for describing the product they use and his suggestions for the color of the flooring. I went with his recommendation and absolutely loved the result. I was extremely happy with the choices I made because Steve did not pressure me into things I did not want. If I ever need additional work done, I will definitely contact Steve again.
  
  Alex and Shawn came to install both the tub/shower and the flooring. They were extremely courteous and worked diligently to complete the job. They made sure that all my requests during the process were fulfilled to my satisfaction. I was extremely happy with the work they did.
  Once all the work was complete, I love my new bathroom. Since I previously used a tension rod for my shower, the curved shower rod made a huge difference! I have so much more room in the shower which made the bathroom seem even bigger. I got the soaker tub and my son loved taking his bath in the larger/deeper tub. I also love the flooring! It looks like wood even though it is a laminate. The gentle texture and cushioning make me feel very safe to walk on with wet feet.
  
  Overall, I highly recommend this company. Everyone I talked to and worked with were fantastic and very accommodating.

  Tub to walk-in shower conversion, with pipes being moved. It's been a great experience. The gentlemen were professional and knowledgeable. Asked my opinion about everything and double checked what I had ordered. The quality of the products used are great (my parents say its better quality than their wall in shower!). I would definitely use them for any other projects that I may have or recommend them to someone else!
