  Guys are very professional. They answered all questions I had. The pieces came out perfect. I had 65 pieces some very small some pretty big and every single piece came out flawless.

  Fantastic work on my new Acura RDX. Chrome delete (Gloss Black), Powder Coat wheels Satin Black, and tint front windows. Good price and quick turnaround. Before and after pictured.

  Crown is the ONLY place in the Chicagoland area I trust my cars with. They do wheel repair and refinishing the right way by dismounting and properly powder coating each rim...and barrel! No blending or air brushing here! They also did a phenomenal job powder coating my calipers as well. Always timely and a great group of guys.

  Very professional people. They took the time to understand what I wanted and did exactly that.
  
  They promised that they would have the car ready at about 5.00 p.m but my rims took a while to cool down and it was 6.30 p.m by the time they were done. Not their fault but they apologized profusely and gave me a $50 discount. This wasn't necessary but goes to show that they really care about their customers and take pride in their work.
  
  I would recommend them to everyone.

  Absolutely phenomenal customer service.
  
  Called and spoke with Rich. We discussed what I was looking for and he gave me an accurate quote. Price was $900 compared to the next lowest quote I got from a competitor at $1500.
  
  Scheduled a drop off date. Was told work would be done on specific day. Received call informing me work was done as promised.
  
  When I arrived to pick up my vehicle I inspected it and everything I was looking to have done was not done. I discussed with Rich and he handled the situation much better than I was expecting.
  
  Some miscommunication over the phone was the reason for things not being done as I wanted. (I dropped off my vehicle after hours which also added to the issue)
  
  Rich lived up to the online reputation that led me to Crown Customs in the first place. I’m not sure if this is his company or not, but either way he is a great representative of a 5 star company.
  
  I highly recommend Crown Customs and Coatings and will not hesitate to use again in the future.
  
  Services I had done - Vinyl Wrap & Powder Coating of wheels.
  
  Will be back for more vinyl wrapping and installation of some upgraded accessories.
