  Best company I have worked for. Have 23 companies in 12 years. I run where I want to. Take the loads I want. Go home when I want and stay as long as I want. Get 3200 to 4400 mile a week. No hassle from dispatch or safety. When I was on paper logs it was better. But even on blogs I still can get 4000 miles a week on recap. Fuel where I want to. Choose my own route. Great equipment and well maintained. Bobby is fleet owner and great to work for. 1099 position and I love it.

  I've been running for ORD for 9 months
  
  ORD is an honest outfit which cares for its drivers
  
  This company is mostly Bulgarian born US citizens and language can sometimes interfere but nothing a little yelling can't fix
  
  If you are a hard worker looking to find miles this is a good choice; if you are a lazy man and want to be carried they'll wash you out so go to one of the large carriers please-see the nitwit with the Beware comment-a piece of work-
  
  It's old school here- you make what you earn-nothing more, nothing less which seems to be a good deal these days as our industry gets taken over by global corporatists intent on driving paychecks down to under 1000-again if you want to sit most of your life in the truck stop there are plenty of those jobs-this isn't the one for you
  
  It's straight up capitalism here-if you can get to your destination on time without tearing up your truck or getting a ticket or wrecking someone's day then try this place out
  
  The whiny (see the Beware comment), the weak of mind or spirit, or those working on how to drive in reverse apply elsewhere please
