  Our family would like to thank the folks at Grove Memorial Chapel for the great job you did with our aunt and loved one.
  The only problem we had was the fact that your building is far from being handicapped accessible. The restroom upstairs are no way handicapped accessible, we had an older gentleman that is 80 years old in a motorized wheelchair that could not use the restrooms while he was there, he was also not able to go downstairs and join family members for snacks while he was there at your chapel. Not to sure how you can get away with a building not being handicapped accessible, apparently you have issues with having handicapped people on your property.
