(November 16, 2018, 9:36 am)What I thought was going to be one of the worst mornings, turned out to be the best thanks to the guys at the service department here. It was around 6:45am on my way to work and my car had a message that popped up saying to check my tires. I drive 32 miles to work and 32 miles back home every single day, so my car is mega important in my life. I called up the service department when they opened at 7, let them know my situation and asked if I could stop by just to at least check my tires out and see what was up. I got into the service department around 7:20. They let me know I had 2 nails in my tires and they were going to try to patch them up. They were so sweet and very generous. I was out the door and on my way back to work by 8am. So thankful to have such great service. I will definitely be coming back to this VW.

(November 5, 2018, 8:32 pm)Vic, Mikey, and Eldin all were great help to me when I came in looking to buy my first car! They all went out of their way to make sure I was happy and got the car that I wanted. 10/10 Would recommend getting a Volkswagen from them! Great atmosphere as well.
