(October 18, 2018, 1:32 pm)Every time I visit I’m impressed with the service and cleanliness. The cashiers and managers are talkative and helpful and the dog wash station is always well maintained.
More importantly, when I mistakenly filled out a corporate survey which I thought was for another location the store manager called me and asked how we could make my experience right. Even though they hadn’t done anything wrong.
That’s professionalism and putting the customer first. Top rate pet store. -

(August 28, 2018, 10:37 am)My dog had a stroke. It was almost 6pm I needed a device to assist in her walking. They did have one and they were closing in 5 minutes. I asked the gentlemen could they wait for me. He said yes. In my mind, I'm thinking, sure they will not. I got the in 15 minutes, the store was closed. The gentlemen was standing in the door with my package. That's going above the beyond customer service. He was kind and compassionate. Told me to keep the receipt and bring it back if it didn't work.
Puts Supply Plus you have a customer forever! Amazing! -

(July 28, 2018, 12:16 am)Whenever I enter this store I am always greeted with a smile and someone asking me if I need help (always polite, never pushy about giving help). The owner/manager has helped me bring my items to cars and all the employees are always friendly. The store is clean, bright, and most importantly offers the food my (picky) dogs enjoy. There are also always a variety of US made treats and toys! I’m so relieved there is such a good pet store so near to me!
