  Update to four stars. I was in there last week and their customer service has dramatically improved. Maybe it's because it was back to school time, I don't know. I got really good customer service. I got help from a manager returning something that didn't work, and then I got help from an employee who was very knowledgeable about routers. He really helped me a lot to choose a good router.
  
  Customer service at this store is really bad. Everybody acts like they don't want to talk to a customer or provide any help. No one knows anything about the products or services. Especially the people in the copy and print center don't know what they're doing. This is the experience every time I've gone to this store.

  Very friendly every time I have gone there and I have been there at least a dozen times. I am interested in learning more about the shared work spaces they are building.
