  Moved in November of 2018. We are super happy living here and being a part of this community. By far the nicest mobile home park around. Nothing like some of the ones we saw in Elgin or Desplains. All or most homes have a nice sized yard, deck, shed, and driveway. Rent and utilities are a very reasonable price too. The only negative thing I have to say is not of the park itself but of The Village of Bartlett; who hasn’t done a good job of cleaning the snow on Bartlett Rd.

  We had a new home here for a few years with a large backyard on a lake and added a 3 season room. We always had a cool breeze blowing from the lake and neighbors were so friendly. We really enjoyed our time spent here.

  I have lived here for 20 years and love it more than words can say. It is family owned and they treat you like family. Everyone should be so lucky.

  Love the new playground they installed with security cameras. Overall Spring Lakes keeps a neat appearance.
