It was a great experience speaking with Damaris. Not only did she answer all the questions I had with patience she also went above and beyond in giving me more than what I asked for. Her grace and well spoken manner just blew my mind. I was a little difficult but she really held her own and made me the happiest client. Thank you Damaris for your amazing service. Hands down the best I’ve ever encountered.

Damaris , was a phenomenal help for me. I called because I can't make it in and she took the time to answer every question in such a professional and courteous manner. She made sure that I was able to navigate the company website just in case I had more questions during after hours. And while I have yet to settle on a realty firm to help me manage my property, she has personally ensured that your company is at the top of my list.

I am a property owner and I hired GC to manage a few rental units in the past few months. It was a fantastic move and switching to GC from my old management company has already paid for itself. GC had my units prepped and leased to high quality tenants in less than a month! Their customer service is great - they always answer all of my inquiries and requests quickly and thoroughly. Mark and his team are very knowledgeable.

We have been working with the GC Realty & Development group for over 5 years. They are an exceptional group and company to work with. Bryan, Mark, Guy, and Laura are great at what they do. They have the utmost professionalism in the work they perform and you can tell how much they love what they do. The are timely, responsive and attentive to their clients needs.
