  The store manager Alex and Kai are truly amazing, the are the epitome of customer service. Alex went above and beyond to ensure we were happy and satisfied with our phones. Kai made the whole process so smooth and pleasant. This is a great location if you are looking for a phone and want solid professional opinions and not biased info. Even though it’s a distance from home, this is my new Sprint Store. Amazing service, thanks again Alex and Kai!

  I finally got my parents to switch phone companies after 20 years of being with AT&T. Alex and Chris were so helpful and gave us some of the best customer service experience. Although they did not have the phones in stock, without question Alex made it happen and drove to 2 locations to pick them up for us (how nice!). They are so knowledgeable and weren't trying to up-sell us whatsoever. So glad we went to this location and we will for sure be going back. Thanks guys!!

  After several unsuccessful attempts to upgrade my phones with Sprint customer service, I decided to visit my local Sprint store. I walked into the store mad at Sprint. However, I left the store very pleased.
  
  Chris T., Antonio and Kai were super helpful. Chris T. broke everything down to me on a piece of paper making sure I understood the lease agreement. His demeanor, attitude and approach set me at ease. The upgrade process was seamless. He answered all of my nagging questions. Antonio, who is an employee still in training was also patient and helpful. Kai, another employee, also assisted when he finished up with another customer. These guys are wonderful and work well together. Great teamwork!!
