(December 20, 2018, 1:05 pm)I eat here often and I can say I'm rarely disappointed by the service. Kind, respectful, and if the food is a bit late, they're apologetic and sometimes throw an extra side in depending on how long the wait is. The people who work there are often understaffed and put their best foot forward. If I'm being honest, it's the customers who are often aggressive and rude to the staff. If you're one of these people, the customer isn't always right.

I have never been told they are out of anything or received something without what it should come with. I have previously ordered individual legs & not charged for a 3 pc meal, I have order Doritos Locos tacos & have been given everything that should come on them...I do realize it all depends of the care of the individual employee to focus & provide the best service possible, but I have been to Joliet KFC on Collins & Lisle KFC on Maple & they are far worse. WHO WILL STEP IN TO CORRECT THE ASPECTS AT KFC ON COLLINS IN JOLIET & KFC ON MAPLE IN LISLE??? WHEN WILL THE OVER SEEING OCCUR TO STRAIGHTEN UP THESE INDIVIDUAL LOCATIONS??? Just askin'.
