But easily exceeding both. The staff is expertly trained and totally dedicated to YOUR goals. They highly customize your particular workout routine to match who You Are. They also really “hang in there” with you giving constant encouragement and inspiration. If you bring your “A” game you WILL achieve your goals. And it’s perfectly OK to just drop in and have a look around, speak one-on-one with the Trainers, and see for yourself that the “vibe” is one of Success on all levels. One more item I must add. The sound system. OMG! Just the right volume to kick your butt matched with THE COOLEST tunes I’ve ever heard in a workout environment. All in all worth the short trip to check it out. You won’t be sorry. 5 Gold Stars!
