  Bed Bug Docs delivered exactly as they claimed they would. Extremely professional service. Bed bugs are an unfortunate reality in the multifamily and hotel industries. If you have them, act swiftly.

  BBD have been grat in helping us getting rid of our pests - bedbugs a souvenir from our Summer vacation:(
  Inspection and informational meeting were great, personable and insightful.
  We opted for a heat treatment for our house.
  We received detailed instruction on how prepare. On the day of treatment BBD were on time, very friendly and did an outstanding job.
  One treatment -one day and the bed bugs are completely gone!

  Amazing experience. I called Eric freaking out on a Saturday, as I had just moved in and saw a bug that I thought was a bed bug. He stayed on the phone with me as I sent him photos, and actually identified the species of the bug determining it was hairy fungus beetle - ew! But Better than a bed bug. He was so kind and helpful, and if you are ever in the unfortunate situation of having bed bugs, or questioning if you do - call them!!!! Thank you to the team there!
