I've been using their detergent since February and have been pleased with them. The dish detergent is ok, however, from time to time some dishes are still dirty. Never had any issue with them.
My review is mostly positive. I think the product works fairly well and I really like having a product without plastic - that is a huge selling point for me. It's also nice not having to haul big jugs of detergent home from the store (I use a lot because I'm a massage therapist and wash my own sheets). I find that the dishwasher pods work well if I use two of them, one doesn't quite get it. The laundry pods work well although I did manage to lose the little bag that came with the first box and had to create a makeshift bag for the pods until the second box came, but that was my bad. The pods dissolve well. I have pretty hard water, so as far as the dishwasher pods go, I end up with a few spots left over on my Teflon fry pans, but my cups and glasses seem fine and not spotty. I see some other bad reviews, but I don't quite get why the other reviewers are so negative. I understand the complaint about difficulty canceling, I think these guys are still a small company and it takes a while to get customer service down pat, I've seen that in places I've worked that were still pretty small. The review that talks about them being scammers doesn't really make sense to me, but then again the reviewer doesn't give any justification for that so I don't know where to take that information. Again, I've only been using the product for a short time, but I've been fairly pleased. I like supporting companies that are trying to solve first world waste problems, including cutting down on the fuel costs for shipping water from manufacturers to stores (i.e. liquid detergent), a huge contributor to global warming problems. I would recommend these guys work a little more on their dishwasher pod formula, although as I said before when I use two of them I get good results. Given that they are not expensive, I don't mind. Kudos to these guys for their company Mission, happy to support them. Recommended.
