Multiple options were presented to me - even though I don't have the best credit. Adrian worked WITH me (not against) me and made sure that I was happy with my purchase. All payments, lien holder and warranty options were presented to me UP FRONT. NO hard pressure sale and never did I feel my business wasn't important. I can honestly say the experience was painless. I am paying a bit more - but because I am getting what I WANT (as opposed to another dealer that tried to put me in a matchbox for over $600!!) I feel its more than worth it.
