(July 14, 2018, 11:39 am)I went here about a month ago because my phone was smashed. The girl who helped me out was awesome! I feel bad that I forgot her name! She took one look at my smashed phone and told me what my best options were based on the fact that I am hard on my phones. She could’ve pushed the latest and most expensive option on me but she did not. She suggested what made sense and I bought that phone.
I was super picky about the screen protector being on perfectly and she was very patient and attentive with me.
A couple weeks after getting my new phone it crashed. I went into the store and she attempted to solve the problem for over an hour. I was super impatient and I know for a fact I wasn’t very nice but again she was very patient and attentive with me. Finally they decided they were able to fix it and exchanged it for new one at no cost. This Verizon location is seriously awesome And I will be going back whenever I need anything related to cell phones or tablets. -
