I've been seeing Dr Zak for over 15 years. She's always thorough and pleasant. Don't have to wait long and she sits with you for awhile asking questions . She's caring and concerned .. The nurses are polite and treat you with respect, as well as the receptionists.
Dr. Ramona is the best family doctor for my whole family. She cares for me, my wife and my elderly mother. It is always easy to make an appointment with her and you don't need to wait for weeks to see her when needed. She is professional and friendly at the same time. It is really hard to find a good family doctor who truly listens to your needs and cares about you when you are sick. I truly recommend dr. Zak to everyone as she is a really good physician.
