(July 30, 2019, 1:23 am)Beautiful forest preserve right in our own backyard. Plenty if parking and places to picnic. The peace and tranquility make a visit here a must. Plenty of trails to explore with one running along side the river bank. Plenty of opportunities to spot wildlife with deer and chipmunks wandering amongst the overgrowth and clearly used to people as they just carry on doing what there doing when you pass then. At this time of the year there are plenty of baby deers to see if you look carefully amongst the trees.
