  My experience renting at Routes was great. A gentleman name Andrei helped me and he took really good care of me as this was my first time renting through a third party booking service. Routes requires renters to have a copy of their insurance card otherwise it is mandatory that you buy liability insurance from them. Some other individuals being helped were not happy about this but the staff handled it extremely well. Andrei and all of the staff were professional and worked quickly. The rental process was easy, the price was great, the car was perfect for what I needed and I would definitely rent from Routes again.

  Their advertising is misleading, this rental company is not at the airport. There is a shuttle bus that you call when you are ready to get picked up and then you have to wait. For me it was quite frustrating and not expected. It took about 45 minutes to get the rental car. Make sure you have access to proof of insurance if you don't want to pay their insurance fee, I've never had to provide policy information at any other rental company. The best thing about this company was the inexpensive rentals! I was very happy with the price and customer service. I would recommend this rental company if you are not in a hurry!

  Very good place to rent a car. I had a very good experience here renting my car. The location is great right outside of O'Hare Field in Chicago Illinois. I picked the car up when I got off the plane and when I was ready for my return trip back to Minneapolis I return the car at this location and it was a easy check in to return the car. The rates were extremely reasonable and I was extremely happy about my whole experience of running the car at Routes Rent-A-Car. I plan on using them in February when I go to San Diego and Denver Colorado.

  Doesn’t look like the best place compared to all the big car rental chains, but I will say this was probably the best vehicle I’ve ever rented. I travel a lot for business. However this time was for vacation.
  The wait time is long. Shuttle took a while to pick you up from airport rental area and take you to their actual location. But it was made up by them putting me in a brand new Jeep Wrangler. Literally only had 15 miles on it. It was a great vehicle. When I returned the young gentleman that runs the shuttle help me check out and also made sure I was on the shuttle because we had to get to the airport to catch our flight. Very nice guy!
