Park and get shuttled immediately. Get off plane and get shuttled immediately ( bus is waiting) . Drivers were pleasant ( especially the driver Sunday morning. Parking garage is modern and we had an app for the garage so speedy in and out.

Easy in and out. Helpful staff. Free frequent shuttles to and from airport. Parked at this place a few times now and always a good experience.

I park here weekly when flying around the world. The staff is always curteous and kind. The parking garage is always clean and well lit. I would highly recommend using them for quick or long term parking.

The staff can be rude sometimes. The shuttle drivers are courteous and professional. Though, management might want to consider monitoring stress le levels of drivers. I’ve experienced on occasion some road rage. Convenient and affordable airport parking solution and great rewards system.

This is a great option for long term parking. The facility is large and very well maintained. Booking online is very easy. Upon arrival, you just scan your bar code and enter the parking structure. We've parked here several times and have never had to wait for the shuttle. They're always there waiting to take you to the terminal. Little touches also add to this place, like a scale to weigh your luggage before heading to the airport, a business center, complementary water bottles and coffee. Just a great place all around. Would definitely choose this instead of parking at ORD.
