and one time when i got my shirts back there was an envelope pinned to one of the shirts...i asked the gentleman what was that for ?
he told me to open it and see....i had left $80.00 in one of my shirt pockets ...i had no idea...talk about honest.....they get my businees evreytime now -

I had them hem a pair of maternity pants at the belly line and the man used regular thread instead of the elastic thread that was originally used. So I brought them back to be corrected but it still wasn't right. But then I also brought them my son's pants to them for hemming and he rushed to have it done in 2 days. And they look great.

(May 10, 2017, 11:02 am)I have lived in Brookfield for 35 years and have always had excellent service at Prehop. They have always done fast, wonderful work at an economical price. The best experience I had was on my wedding dress in 2011. I only had about 4 weeks to my wedding, I took my dress to have sequins added to my 7 foot train, I went to other seamstress' in La Grange, and Countryside they all said either not possible or need 2-3 months for hundreds of dollars. Prehop owner had actually took my dress home and worked on it day and night. It was gorgeous!, I could NOT BEAT THE PRICE for the time and work she put into it.

The cleaner also has a great alternation service that I personally can recommend.
