I did in fact called once and left a voicemail to make an appointment for my child and didn't receive a call back. I called the next day and was able to schedule one. The area is also clean never have I seen it dirty in my visits. As for Dr. Valiente such an amazing person. She answers any questions you have and also takes her time to explain things so well.
