  All three of our kids, one of which is just 6 weeks old, just had RSV and ear infections. They were all pretty sick and it was a scary time for us. This practice got us in same day every time we needed to see them, despite clearly being very busy - even on a Saturday morning. They listen to my concerns and are always respectful. Can’t recommend them enough!

  We are so thankful we found such a caring and supportive practice! As first time parents, we have a lot of questions and the doctors and staff at All Star have been so wonderful in making us feel comfortable through this journey. They are so responsive and we were able to get in same day when our baby wasn't feeling well. They've also been incredibly helpful in finding solutions for us during this formula shortage. You can tell they really care about their patients and the parents.

  This is an amazing practice! The front desk girls are so friendly and helpful! From the first call in to how they represent the practice in person! 10 stars! We switched our grand baby from a practice in downers Grove that had the worst receptionist ever! The drs were always crabby and hated when you had questions! If you called off hours they acted like you were inconvenience to them! But at allstar, they don't treat you that way! When dealing with childeren and first time parents you need the kindness, and caring that this practice has. Dr Roger's is amazing..20 stars for her!I would highly reccomend this practice! I myself run a 3 doctor practice and we pride ourselves on the customer service and high level of care our doctors give! And this practice is premier! Working in a pediatric office is ROUGH but you can tell the employees love what they do and the doctors do too! If your unhappy where you are don't hesitate to change! Allstar lives up to its name!   We have been going here for 7 years for my 2 kids. We like all the caring and friendly docs and the staff. I appreciate that I can make calls and get helpful advice from the nurses. They are quick to make same day appointments when we need them. Everyone there knows us well and treats our family so well!
