  We hired Olympic Builders to add an enclosed porch to our house. We have been very pleased with the end result. Our porch was expertly built by skilled craftsmen with meticulous attention to detail. We highly recommend Olympic Builders.

  This year we decided it was time to put on the addition we'd planned on our modest 1-1/2 story cape cod. We did some due diligence, looked at Better Business Bureau, Yelp, and other references, and selected a few firms to give us an estimate. We contacted Nick at Olympic Builders largely based on the before/after pictures on his website. Several looked just like what we wanted: cape cods that didn't become a "box" with the addition, but which flowed gracefully with the existing architecture so the whole was greater than the sum of the parts. That's exactly what we wanted and after getting Nick's quote, which was lower than competing ones, we went with Olympic. Needless to say, we're thrilled. The project is just now wrapping up and we love our "new" home. Neighbors have been stopping by to compliment us on the exterior, and the interior is - if anything - even more beautiful than the exterior. We've converted a modest 1200sqft 3bd/1ba into apprx 2000 sqft with a lovely master bedroom, 2nd bath, guest rooms with walk in closets, new HVAC and mechanicals, and hardwood floors. As the project proceeded, whenever there was anything that needed a little extra care, Nick and Roland were there to fix the problem. The original 60 year old hardwood floors were stained and could not be salvaged in some sections? Nick came up with the fix. The south facing window in the guest bedroom would not fit as we wanted it? Nick found the solution - a beautiful east-facing double window even better than the original plan. The trim on the staircase needed to be redone after the demo? Roland repaired it as good as new. Nick and Roland and their subcontractors are the best, and we have no hesitation recommending them, and we plan on doing our future renovations with them.

  With four kids in the house our basement was a mess until Olympic Builders came on the scene. They did a fantastic remodeling job, restoring our basement into a great place to entertain. Thanks for a great job Olympic
