  Customer service was great, very friendly, got a tour and was very happy to see how clean everything was. Gave it 4 stars because the insurance cost was not mentioned online and wasn't included in the price. Annoyed to find out it was going to be another 12 dollars.

  I have always been worried about storing my stuff at a storage facility due to rodents or mildew issues and loosing things that are valuable to me. However, thanks to Janie my feelings have gone away. Janie made me feel very comfortable from the moment I walked in the door and even gave me a tour of the entire facility. I can honestly say that this CUBESMART in Countryside is very very CLEAN!!!! Every time I go there the staff ensure the place is well kept! I might also mention the service is always professional no matter how busy the team is. Very well put together staff! Highly recommend for all

  The manager at this location is beyond amazing. If you are within 100 miles of this location, choose this place for your storage. Her high-quality of service will give you peace of mind.

  Went past this place and stopped in to check on pricing. I meet a nice lady and she convinced me to store my items with her, out my price range honestly but the facility was clean, cozy and I felt very comfortable with them! CubeSmart has a new friend!
