(October 11, 2018, 9:42 pm)We arrived at this store at 6:40 on 10/ 11 and found they closed st 6:30. The door was locked. We were walking back to our car when one of the employees opened the door and she asked what we were there for. We were dropping off a modem. She kindly said come on in, we will take care of you. There were also 3 other employees who were working there and none of them seemed to be bothered by the fact that they had to work past quitting time to take care of me. There were also 2 other people who came in after me and they took care of them also. I was flabbergasted by this! I’m used to stores closing 5 minutes earlier and ignoring people at the door. These employees should be commended for their hard work and customer service. What they done is unheard of these days, and I really appreciated them saving me a return trip because of me not checking ahead to see what time they close. Thank you for being here and I will always use this location for all my transactions thanks to your dedicated employees! ????

Im so happy I found this store since we just moved from the city. Kate and Victoria are so helpful. They make sure the package are all taped before they send them all.
