“I was looking for a birthday cake for my sons 3rd birthday. The theme was construction site. I went in and placed the order with Ahmad(spelling??). He was nice and patient to be sure every detail was accurate. When I placed the order I also got 3 chocolate dipped strawberries and HOLY COW were they delicious! As for the cake, the chocolate with strawberries was nice and moist and very good. The red velvet cake was somewhat dry. I was very disappointed that the helmet on the top of the cake was a SOLID piece of fondant. I tried cutting into it not knowing to serve a piece and it was like a rock. When I lifted it off the cake it weighted about 10lbs. Felt like it was such a waste as it went straight in the garbage because it was inedible. While I was pleased with the service I was a little unhappy with the shape of the helmet, it being solid fondant and the red velvet being a little on the dry crumbly side.”
