I can't imagine how busy they were during the hottest few days of the summer a couple weeks ago, I know we were one of many, many houses whose air conditioners broke down. On what I'm sure was one of their busiest times, they came exactly when they said they would and took their time to make sure we understood exactly what repairs were needed and how everything worked. Would recommend to anyone in the Chicago area.

(June 14, 2017, 2:56 pm)Was having issues with my air conditioning on a 95 degree summer day. Lester and his crew dispatched a technician in a timely manner. The technician was there within a couple hours which was extremely surprising considering how busy they were during this time. The technician arrived and did a full inspection of the unit indoors and outdoors. It turns out the AC unit is a bit small for my house and I was having an issue keeping the house cool because of the consistently hot weather we were having. There wasn't much he could do to help but he took his time and cleaned the unit and walked me through the multiple reasons I was having these issues. The issues were caused from a combination of things such as the placement of my thermostat--too close to the TV in my living room, the poor structure of the heating/AC ducts in the house and the size of the unit for the house as mentioned earlier. The technician still took his time and completely took apart the unit and gave it a thorough cleaning. Like I said earlier, they were incredibly busy and he still took his time cleaning, inspecting and speaking to me about the issues I was having. I am unable to invest in a new unit at this time but when the time comes, I will definitely be going through Advanced for the purchase and installation. Very professional and very fair with pricing. Highly recommend!

(March 19, 2017, 9:19 am)We have been dealing with Advanced Heating and Air Conditioning for many (15-20) years for all our heating and cooling needs. This includes replacements, repairs, and safety maintenance inspections.
A week ago, my mother’s (who’s in her upper 80’s) furnace stopped working. I immediately called Lester and explained to him that she had no heat. He was finishing-up another job and immediately went over and repaired her furnace.
Lester and his workers have always been a pleasure to work with. They are extremely honest, courteous, and very responsible. Once they determine what is needed, they take the time to explain and answer any questions. As homeowners and parents, my wife and I trust this company 100% to keep our home and family comfortable - and safe!
