I went to Shawn after a back injury and after a couple of sessions of RESET was pain free and regained mobility. I've been training with them since and have overall improved my strength. Highly recommend Shawn, Corey and Original BareBones Project.

(January 10, 2018, 12:02 am)Original Barebones Project is awesome. Shawn and Corey are great trainers. My husband and I have been training with Shawn for about 4 years and love it. They focus on technique and strength with conditioning thrown in there. Any time I have had some type of injury and have had to do RESET with them I have had great results and have been able to resume my training quickly. I would highly recommend them. The results are amazing!!
