She worked day and night (literally) to respond to our emails or texts, and when she wasn't available she always let us know ahead of time so we were not waiting around. These are little things that we've noticed are not inherent to all agents. We never felt pressured to purchase anything and I'm fully confident Kara would have shown us a 100 more houses until we found the right one.
