He took the time to show me what was wrong with the car’s brakes and made me aware of another potential issues that we should keep on our radar- I love that! He assured me they were going to use high quality parts and I feel confidant in the quality of work that was performed; not to mention- ecstatic about the money saved. Art also let me know how to treat the brakes as we break them in (no pun intended) and I can’t recall anyone else ever telling me the importance of that. “Kind people never get enough credit. I went in with a plastic piece hanging and scrapping under my car. There was only 1 technician on duty all the garages full and even then they chose to help me.
