“Dr. Lin is wonderful. He takes his times during the appointment, and I never feel rushed. He answers all of my questions. I’d recommend him to anyone. It is a bit weird seeing a man for such a private experience but dr. Lin is very professional and makes me feel very comfortable. However, his receptionists have a little attitude that I do not appreciate. Some topics can be very serious and worrisome, and they do not project a comforting and warm interaction. I called to speak with the doctor and was quite frankly, rudely spoken to despite saying that I was worried. The receptionist sounded annoyed and spoke with heavy sighs and short responses. That’s not how any person in a doctor’s office should speak to a patient, especially if the patient expresses concern.”
