Jordy (Jordan Minerva, owner) and his staff go the extra mile to see that your needs are met. I have been a loyal customer since 1998 for both auto and home policies. In fact, I have a 1 year auto policy still which is unheard of these days!
Whenever my family has needed to make a claim (minor ones) Jordy was there to assist in the process and see that things were handled properly with no delays in service. I don't believe I'd get such fast and positive results without my local agent working for me!
Jordy will explain your policy and coverage(s) to you before you decide to purchase so you will know what is covered in advance of something happening you hope never does. I have lived in Park Ridge, Huntley, and now DeKalb County and will always do business with Minerva Insurance wherever I live.
I know that "15 minutes could save you money", but I would encourage everyone to also get a quote from Jordy to make sure your 'discount policy' is right for you. I have way better policies (limits, exclusions, etc...) than what the discounters and online firms offer and similar pricing. It is worth your while to give them a call.
