Great Service and extremely pleased by the service provided by the employees in Des Plaines office. This was my first time using self storage and they took time explaining me every step , walking me through the storage facility. This really meant a lot and make this process a lot easier for me. Their services are highly recommended.

First off the facilities are extremely clean. The staff there has been nothing short but great. They always answer any questions I have and work very hard to ensure that you get what you need. I've recommended them to many friends and they're all satisfied as well.

Katherine is an absolute consummate professional and a manager anyone would be absolute lucky to have. She was and is extremely welcoming and understanding of all my individualized rental needs. Everything was always transparent and clear to understand. She cares enough to see how you are doing when you visit your space. It is that special human touch which makes me happy to come to this place outside of the fantastic, clean facility. I love that someone cares enough to have interest in a customer past making a sale. This truly is the way to run an enjoyable business. Hope that this helps anyone wanting to rent here. It is worth every penny.
